HANOI, VIETNAM — On 14 January 2026, the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) participated on the regional stage at the China-ASEAN Digital Ecosystem Cooperation Networking Dinner. His address highlighted Cambodia’s strategic vision for AI, emphasizing the Digital Skill Development Roadmap 2024-2035 and the nation’s ambition to cultivate 100,000 digital and AI-ready talents.
