Congratulations on the Graduation Ceremony for the 242 Successful Bachelor’s Degree Graduates from the Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology, 2024-2025.
On the morning of December 1, 2025, at the Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel, CADT organized a Graduation Ceremony for 242 successful students who completed their studies in CADT Generation 7 (2024) and Generation 8 (2025). The event was presided over by H.E. Dr. Chea Vandeth, Minister of Post and Telecommunications. The ceremony was attended by esteemed leaders, professors, representatives of development partners, and guardians.
Speaking at the ceremony, H.E. Dr. Minister expressed his appreciation to all the students, including 140 Digital Talent Techo scholarship recipients. H.E. highlighted that the most noteworthy achievement is that more than 96% of the students have already secured jobs matching their skills in leading technology companies. Furthermore, the students have also won many national and international awards.
H.E. Minister emphasized that these skilled human resources are the main driving force in implementing the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1, which focuses on digital priorities. He advised all students to continue to develop their capabilities, research new technologies, and perform their work with care, a high sense of responsibility, and ethics for the benefit of the companies and enterprises they serve, society, and their own bright future. In particular, they must be exemplary young people and senior students who foster a culture of sharing knowledge and experience with younger students, building good relationships and solidarity with their classmates.
