2024 Battambang, 25-26 October 2024 – Cambodia Academy of Digital Technology (CADT) partnered with the National University of Battambang and BarCamp Cambodia with the support of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications, Digital Government Committee (DGC) and Battambang Provincial Administration has officially host the “BarCamp Battambang 2024” on October 25-26, 2024, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at National University of Battambang, Battambang province.
BarCamp Battambang 2024 is the largest annual digital technology and startup conference in northwestern Cambodia, aiming to bring together university students, civil servants, businesses, and tech enthusiasts to share new knowledge, experiences, technologies, innovations, and business ideas. This year the conference focuses on the participants getting more benefit from the technology they use and the startup business ideas where they can learn more from the professional and experienced speakers and existing startups.
The conference will cover diverse topics such as
- Generative AI
- Career Development
- AgriTech
- Data Analytics/Data Literacy
- Smart City
- Cyber Security/Blockchain Technologies
- Digital Marketing/Digital Content
This year’s digital technology and startup conference has ignited participants to be able to understand new terms in technology and utilize it to learn and improve their business operation as well as create a startup by implying their innovative ideas. Students especially are able to increase their preparation and will better understand the different careers in digital technology that they might choose and the companies for which they might decide to work in the future.
The event is attended by Students, entrepreneurs, provincial officers, SMEs, and MSMEs around 2500 participants to network with experts in each field and start or join user groups and clubs that will help them improve their professional capacity, increasingly valuing a culture of sharing and participation that will allow them to grow better together with their peers.
