Phnom Penh: On the morning of September 13, 2021, H.E Seng Sopheap presided over the closing ceremony of 3 training courses on capacity building in ICT for civil servants in various provincial departments, with 87 successful participants. In this workshop, people from 20 provinces in the Kingdom of Cambodia have participated.
Speaking at the Closing Ceremony, the president congratulated the participants, responded to the participants’ requests, and said that digital technology resources are the most urgent need now and aligned with the government’s vision for the development of digital government.
